摘 要: 对朱红秘孔菌的生长和香兰素的生成两个阶段分别采用高密度培养基和普通培养基进行培养发酵,并通过对香兰素生成阶段的发酵条件的优化后,可生成0.403g/L的香兰素,相应的摩尔转化率为28.8%。 In this paper we investigate the ferulic acid bioconversion into vanillin by use of high-density culture of Pycnoporus cinnabarinus. We use high-density culture for the growth of Pycnoporus cinnabarinus and common media for the bioconversion of Ferulic acid to vanillin. At the optimum fermentation conditions, we achieve 0.403g/L vanillin with a molar yield of 28.8%.
