摘 要: 设计并研制了一种可用于对颅内压持续检测的非对称型法布里—珀罗(F-P)光纤压力微探头和传感器系统。该探头改善了一般F-P腔的反射响应特性,有助于提高传感器的灵敏度和测量范围。压力测试表明,该传感器能满足对颅内压范围压力的测量。 An asymmetric Fabry-Perot optical detector and sensor system had been design and present for measuring intractanial pressure. The detector improves the reflective response of common F-P cavity, so it can enhance the sensitivity and the dynamic range of the sensor. The pressure tests indicate that sensor can sensitively measure the pressure on the range of intracranial pressure.
