摘 要: 针对钢板在控制冷却前存在的长度方向温度梯度在控冷过程中其不均匀性增加问题,开发了适合现场应用的辊道微加速控制模型。 Temperature gradient already existed in plate lengthwise direction before it cooling,and the uneven temperature tendency was aggravated after it cooled.Roll table accelerating control can reduce or cancel the temperature gradient.The influence factors on roll table accelerating control were analysed and its model was developed.By adopting roll table accelerating control,temperature deviation between plate head and tail is less than ±15℃.
