摘　　要： 本文分析了迁安县经济发展的过程，认为强化资源开发类工业的发展是迁安县经济腾飞的重要原因，并在此基础上研究了迁安县工业发展的问题和应该采取的对策。作者认为，虽然迁安位于我国东部沿海地区，但迁安模式对于我国中西部资源开发区域的经济发展具有一定的借鉴和启示意义，并且据此提出了一些设想和建议。 The author analyses the process of Qian'an County's economic development and believes that the strengthening of resources-exploitation-oriented industries is the main reason of the county's economic soaring. He then studies the problems and countermeasures of the county' industries. In the end, the author considers that though Qian' an County is located in the coastal area of Eastern China, yet Qian' an model is useful to the development of the main resources exploitation region in midwestern area and accordingly, some suggestions are put forward.
