摘　　要： 通过对CUBA联赛发展现状的分析,认为目前联赛CUBA的人才培养水平与发展目标不协调,人才培养机制受学制和赛制的制约,因此,CUBA联赛应与中小学、职业联赛密切联系,找好结合点,拓展CUBA的发展空间。 Through analysing the developmental status of CUBA league match, the level of training person with ability does not assort with the developmental aim, and the training machanism is restricted by the educational system and the competitive system. CUBA league match should consanguineously assort with the high school and the primary school and the profesional league match,find the combination and develop the space of CUBA.
