摘 要: 阐述了钢板定宽剪切微机测控系统的设计原则和系统工作过程.该系统综合利用传感技术、控制技术及计算机技术测量推床位移和钢板温度,在对钢板宽度进行温度补偿的基础上对推床自动定位,确保了钢板剪切宽度的准确性.文章还讨论了研制中的几个关键问题. The design criteria and operation of the microcomputer-based monitoring system for fixed-width shearof steel plate are described. Some technologies of transducer, control and computerized measurement for displacement of pusher and temperature of steel plate are integrated in the system. Based on the temperature compensation of width of steel plate, the pusher is positioned automatically and thus the accuracy of the shearing width of steel plate is guarantied. Some key points in the development are also discussed.
