摘　　要： 张家山汉简《奏谳书》揭示了汉初吏治的特点,就是严厉惩处官吏的犯罪行为;加强对司法官吏治狱活动的控制;鼓励司法官吏发挥主观能力性,因此,《奏谳书》可以说是汉初的一部治官之法。 Zouyanshu' on Han bamboo slips unearthed in Zhangjiashan reveals the characteristics of the administration of government officials in early Han Dynasty, i.e.to sevrely punish the government officials' criminal defenses, to tighten the control subjective initiatives, which proves that 'Zouyanshu' is the law to administer the government officials in early Han Dynasty.
