摘 要: 本文应用现代数字信号处理理论评价和改进了国家地震局工程力学研究所(以下简称IEM)现有强震记录的处理方法,提出了选择低频截止频率的具体方法,提高了强震记录低频信号的可靠性和强震记录处理的计算速度。本文介绍了用改进方法处理的实际记录,其中包括两次国际强震记录处理讨论会提供的强震记录。处理结果证实了改进方法的灵动性、可靠性及合理性。 This paper, from the point of view of the state-of-the-art in digital signal processing,firstly,evaluated the existing processing scheme of IEM and secondly, proposed the improved processing scneme. All the theoretically analysing and the case studying Verified that the improved processing scheme of strong motion earthquake records can be adopted in the standard processing procedure of strong motion earthquake records. Comparing with the existing processing scheme of IEM , the improved processing scheme provides higher accuracy and efficiency.
