摘 要: 运用消偏振截止设计的方法来设计大角度入射的无源光网络单纤三向光学薄膜滤波器件,并进行了应用实例的实验。由于避免了更多的镀膜层数,这种方法工艺性好、成本低,能有效的制备在大角度入射下要求滤波曲线陡峭、隔离度高的光通信薄膜器件。 Eliminating polarization cut-off has been described to design the triplex play thin film filter with the large incidence angle, and experiment for practical application to validate the design method has been done. The method has less layers that it is effective and practical to coating steeper and high isolation optical communication thin film filter with the large incidence angle.
