摘　　要： 本文运用实证方法，剖析了沿海地区乡镇工业企业在发展中遇到的基本问题：规模过小、结构偏低、机制退化；指出了其未来发展的基本取向：集聚扩能、转型升级、股份改造． The author analyses some basic problems on the development of townshipindustrial enterprises in the coastal areas.such as the enterprise of small scale,low structure state,retrograde mechanism.This artiole points that the basio direction of the development of theenterprises in the future,must be expanding production ability,escalating structure and reformingsystems.
