摘　　要： 本研究鉴定广州市鸡冠花叶疫病病原为砖红镰刀菌鸡冠花专化型（ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍＩａｔｅｒｉｔｉｕｍＮｅｅｓｅｍｅｎｄＳｎｙｄ．＆Ｈａｎｓ．ｆ．ｓｐ．ｃｅｌｏｓｉａｅＭａｔｕｏＴ．），此专化型为国内首次报道．该菌在２０—３５℃下可以侵入并引起发病；孢子萌发和菌丝生长的温度为１５—３５℃，最适温度为２５—３０℃．每年９—１１月份，广州市各公园普遍发生，为害严重． The causal organism of leafblinght disease of cockscomb has been identified asFusarium lateritium Nees.Snyd.&Hans.f.sp.celosiae Matuo T. ,this forma specialis is first reportin Fusarium lateritium Nees in China The infection temperature for this disease is ranged from 20 35℃. ,temperatur for sporegermination and vegetative growth of the pathogen lies between 15 30℃..The range of optimumof temperatures is 25 30℃..The disease is widespread in occurrence from Septemtber to Novemberin every park in Guangzhou,and has become quite serious frequentiy.
