摘　　要： 目的:观察小鼠着床前胚胎细胞中cmyc基因的表达,了解其对早期胚胎发育可能影响的作用.方法:采用原位杂交及免疫组织化学ABC法,分别检测小鼠着床前胚胎细胞中cmycmRNA及cmyc蛋白.结果:在小鼠2细胞、4细胞、6细胞、8细胞和囊胚期胚细胞中均检测到原癌基因cmyc转录产物的表达,cmycmRNA分布于胚细胞的胞质和胞核.免疫组织化学方法也发现,2细胞至囊胚期胚胎细胞的cmyc蛋白均呈免疫反应阳性,阳性物质分布于胞质和胞核中,胚胎透明带则呈阴性反应.结论:小鼠早期胚胎有cmyc基因表达,cmyc基因对小鼠着床前胚胎发育可能起重要调节作用. AIM: [JP3]To investigate the expression of c-myc gene in mouse preimplantation embryos. METHODS: In situ hybridization and Immunohistochemical staining (ABC method) were used to detect c-myc mRNA and c-myc protein, espectively. RESULTS: c-myc mRNA and c-myc protein were found in 2-cell, 4-cell, 6-cell, 8-cell and blastsyst stages of mouse preimplantation embryos. The positive staining substance was distributed in cytoplasm and nucleus. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that c-myc gene is expressed in mouse preimplantation embryos and may have an essential role in mouse early embryonic development.
