摘 要:
在超声波条件下,用化学共沉淀法合成了Al掺杂纳米Ni(OH)2。用SEM、XRD以及FTIR等技术表征了样品的粒径、晶形及红外光谱特征;用循环伏安法测试了样品的电化学性能;研究了以样品为正极活性物质制作的Cd/Ni电池的循环性能。结果显示:Al掺杂Ni(OH)2为α型,平均粒径约为10~20nm;样品中存在多类O—H键及可能存在的纳米效应,使FTIR图中存在“红移”或“蓝移”;样品具有良好的电化学性能,第10次循环的放电比容量达394mAh/g。
Al-doped nano-sized Ni(OH)_2 was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method under ultrasonic condition. SEM, XRD and FTIR techniques were used to characterize the particle size, crystal structure and IR character of the samples. The electrochemical performance of the samples was tested by cyclic voltammetery. Cycle performance of Ni/Cd batteries with the samples as positive electrode active materials were tested.The results showed that the Al-doped Ni(OH)_2 was α-type with an average particle size about 10~20 nm;there were 'red shift' or 'blue shift' in the FTIR spectra for the various kinds of O-H bonds in samples or nanometer effects;the sample had an excellent electrochemical performance, its specific discharge capacity could reach to 394 mAh/g at the 10th cycle.
