摘 要: 为研究添加大豆油对绵羊瘤胃内容物的脂肪酸尤其是cis9,trans11CLA和C18:1trans11的影响,选用4只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的杂交一代羯羊,进行4×4拉丁方试验,大豆油添加水平分别为0%、2%、4%和6%(质量分数)。结果表明:1)随大豆油添加水平增加,瘤胃内容物(DM)中cis9,trans11CLA、C18:1trans11、C18:0、C18:1cis9、C18:2cis9,12、总18C脂肪酸、SFA、UFA、MUFA和PUFA的含量(mg/g)极显著提高(P<0.01),4个处理组中cis9,trans11CLA的含量分别为0.13、0.26、0.42和0.59mg/g,C18:1trans11的含量分别为1.27、3.95、8.78和13.48mg/g;2)瘤胃内容物总18C脂肪酸中cis9,trans11CLA和C18:1trans11的质量比随大豆油添加水平的增加而显著提高(P<0.05),4个处理组中cis9,trans11CLA的质量比分别为0.95%、0.96%、1.08%和1.15%,C18:1trans11的质量比分别为9.66%、15.04%、22.71%和26.60%;3)添加大豆油能够提高瘤胃内18C不饱和脂肪酸的氢化效率(P<0.05);4)瘤胃内容物中cis9,trans11CLA的含量与C18:1trans11的含量呈正相关(P<0.01),与C18:2cis9,12和C18:0的含量呈负相关(P<0.01)。添加大豆油能够提高瘤胃内容物中cis9,trans11CLA和C18:1trans11的含量,改变瘤胃内容物的脂肪酸组成。 Four wethers installed with permanent rumen fistula were used to test the effects of dietary supplement with soybean oil on fatty acids of cis9,trans11-CLA and C18:1 trans-11 in ruminal contents. A4×4 Latin-square designing method was used in this experiment. The wether diets were supplemented with 0, 2, 4, or 6% (dry matter basis) soybean oil. The results showed that 1)the concentrations of cis9,trans11-CLA, C18:1 trans-11, C18:0, C18:1 cis-9, C18:2 cis-9,12, total 18-C, SFA, UFA, MUFA and PUFA in ruminal contents significantly increased with increasing soybean oil addition in the diet (P<001). The concentrations of cis9, trans11-CLA in four groups were 013, 026, 042 and 059mg·gDM -1, respectively, and C18:1 trans-11 127, 395, 878 and 1348mg·gDM -1, respectively. 2)The quantities of Cis9,trans11-CLA in ruminal contents with four treatments were about 095%, 096%, 108% and 115% of the total 18-C fatty acids respectively. But the proportions of C18:1 trans-11 in the totalwere 966%, 1504%, 2271% and 2660% respectively. Both were significantly increased (P<005) with increasing the quantity of soybean oil in wether dietary. 3)Soybean oil supplement in wether diet also resulted in a significant increase of biohydrogenation of unsaturated 18-C fatty acids(P<005). 4)The concentration of cis9,trans11-CLA was positively and closely correlated with C18:1 trans-11 (P<001), but negatively with C18:2 cis-9,12 and C18:0 (P<001). It was indicated that soybean oil supplementation increased concentrations of cis9,trans11-CLA and C18:1 trans-11 and changed the fatty acid composition in sheep ruminal contents.
