摘　　要： 文章先从人力资源管理发展的历程入手引出了"能本管理"理念,接着深入分析了能本管理和企业文化塑造之间的关联性,最后提出构建基于人力资源能本管理的企业文化体系。 The author introduces the development of human resources management and elicits the ability-oriented management at first, then analyzes deeply the relationship of ability-oriented management and corporation culture. At last, the author puts forward to and constructs the system of corporation culture based on the ability-oriented management.
