摘 要: 对单相样品YBa_2Cu_3 _xAl_xO_(7-y)进行了X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、O缺位以及电阻-温度关系的测量。结果发现,Al在1-2-3相中有可能部分地替代了Cu和Y的位置。由于Al^(3+)的存在,使得含量增加,0的环境趋于一致,XPS图谱上O_(15)两个状态的区别很不明显。而明显地观祭到了Cu^(3+)的存在。 The XPS, oxygen content and resistance-temperature relationship of YBa2Cu(3-x).AlxO(7-y) single phase system are determined. The experimental results show that Al can possibly substitute the Cu and Y positions in 1-2-3-phase partially. Because of the existence of Al(3+), the content of oxygen increases, the environment of oxygen tends to be uniform, the difference of the two states of O1. in XPS is indistinct. The presence of Cu(3+) is clearly observed.
