摘　　要： 本文讨论了二阶代数微分方程的代数解的存在性问题,例子表明了定理中的条件是精确的. This paper investigates the existence of algebroidal solutions of the second-order differential equations in the complex plane. Two examples show that the conditions of the theorems are sharp.
