摘 要: 以αω-二氯聚二甲基硅氧烷和2-溴-2-甲基丙烯酸-2′-羟乙酯为原料,制备了末端含有C—Br的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS);以此PDMS为大分子引发剂,CuCl和44′-二(5-壬基)-22′-联吡啶为催化剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合反应,制得摩尔质量和结构可控的聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯-b-聚硅氧烷-b-聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯三嵌段共聚物。并用IR、1HNMR、DSC和GPC对共聚物的结构及聚合反应活性进行了表征。 Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) with C-Br terminated was prepared by taking αω-dichloride PDMS and 2′-hydroxyethyl 2-bromo-2-methylacrylate as material.Poly(butyl methylacrylate)-b-poly(dimethylsiloxane) -b-poly(butyl methylacrylate) triblock copolymers with controllable molar mass and structure were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP),taking PDMS as macroinitiators,CuCl and 44-bi(5-nonyl)-22′-dipyridine as catalyst.The structure and activity in polymerization of the block copolymers were characterized with IR, 1H NMR,DSC and GPC.
