摘 要: 线性响应理论表明电介质在零外场或非零外电场中的偶极自相关函数应不同。用空间电荷激发的统计模型理论可得出上述函数的两种不同表示式。由偶极自相关函数可以定义表征物性的时域参数,它比频域参数更能说明宏观物性和微观结构的关系。理论结果解释了热释电、压电和电极化弛豫中的大量实验结果,时域参数的概念还可推广应用于非线性效应。 Linear response theory for a dissipative system shows variations of the dipoleautocorrelation function F(t)in zero and in non-zero field. For an electric neutral sys-tem, the free and stochastic relaxation forms of F(t)can be given using an activationmodel of space charge,Since the step-response function F(t)has two different forms,the dielectric spectrum in frequency domain can not be given from time domain measurement.Time domain parameters can be defined for a dielectrics in zero or in nonzero fieldto characterize the properties of matter。The theoretical results agree with experimentsin pyroelectric,piezoelectric,and electric polarization relaxations.The concept of timedomain pararneters can also be used in non-linear capacity effect.
