摘　　要： 以高科技企业为考察对象,对比了不同治理模式下企业所有权结构和企业创新的特征;对于不同治理模式下企业创新特征的差异,从企业所有权结构的角度进行了解释。认为,高科技企业的产权改革应该同企业创新活动相辅相成。对于改善高科技企业所有权结构与企业创新相互联系的研究较为稀缺的状况,具有一定积极意义。 Compares the differences on ownership structure and on innovation in HT enterprises, and it explains the difference on corporate innovation from the point of ownership structure. It argues that the reform of ownership structure and the innovation in HT enterprises should be concerted. The article will be significative in amend the lack in relative research.
