摘 要: 用核素^(65)Zn标记物示踪方法研究宽叶香蒲Typhalatifolia对^(65)Zn的吸收和分布,发现宽叶香蒲对锌有效强的吸收能力。锌主要由宽叶香蒲的根和地下茎吸收积累,只有小部分(2.5%~1l;8%)累积在叶中。宽叶香蒲各器官吸收锌的量是根>地下茎>叶,宽叶香蒲吸收累积锌的量随时间延长而增加;吸收率开始时不断增大,12h后下降。吸收率还随培养液中锌的浓度增大而增大,但当锌的浓度超过200mg·L^(-1)时吸收率下降。 The result of the study of the absorption and distribution of  ̄(65)Zn in Typha latlfolia shows that Typha has a very powerful capacity of absorbing  ̄(65)Zn,The  ̄(65)Zn ab-sorbed and accumulated by the root and rhizome of Typha was much greater than thattransferred to the leaf. The capacity of absorbing  ̄(65)Zn of the organs of Typha is as fol-lows:root>rhizorne>leaf. The research also shows that the quantity of  ̄(65)Zn absorbedby Typha increased with the time, Moreover, the quantity of zinc absorbed by Typha in-creased with the concentration of  ̄(65)Zn in the culture solution. But the rate of absorbing ̄(65)Zn of Typha declined after 24 hor the concentration of  ̄(65)Zn in culture solution beyond200mg· kg ̄(-1).
