高压静电纺丝法制备偏氟乙烯聚合物无纺布膜的研究

摘  要: 以高压静电纺丝法制备了具有微孔结构的偏氟乙烯系聚合物无纺布膜,并通过扫描电子显微镜对其微观结构进行了观测,研究了纺丝液的流量和纺丝电压对纤维直径和无纺布网孔直径的影响.扫描电子显微镜的观测结果表明,PVDF无纺布膜纤维的直径分布在30—400nm之间,纤维较细且分布较宽,网孔直径分布在0.5-1μm之间;P(VDF—HFP)无纺布膜的纤维直径分布在300~500nm之间,纤维较粗,分布较均匀,网孔直径分布在2-6μm之间.纤维直径及无纺布网孔直径均随纺丝液流量的增加而增加,随纺丝电压的增加而减小.当纺丝液溶剂为高沸点溶剂时,纤维间易产生搭接,导致无纺布网孔直径减小. Non - woven membranes of Poly ( vinylidene fluoride) based polymer which contain micro porous structure have been prepared by electrospunning. The structure and morphology of electrospun membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM). And the influence of the processing parameters of flow - rate and spinning voltage on fibers diameter and morphology have also been discussed. SEM images showed that the fiber diameter of PVDF non - woven membranes is thinner than that of P( VDF - HFP) membranes, and the fiber diameter of PVDF non - woven membranes varied between 30 ~400 nm as well as P( VDF - HFP) non - woven membranes between 300 ~ 500 nm. The porosity diameter of PVDF non - woven membranes varied between 0. 5 ~ 1 μm as well as P( VDF - HFP) non - woven membranes between 2 ~6μm. The fiber diameter and the porosity diameter increased with the flow -rate, decreased with the spinning voltage. The fiber of membranes was easily connected each other when high boiling solvent was used, which make the porosity diameter smaller.
