摘 要: 目的:观察大鼠模拟晕船适应过程中血清钾、钠、钙、镁4种常量元素及微量元素铁和锌的变化。方法:动物随机分为正常对照组与模拟晕船组,模拟晕船组大鼠用模拟晕船装置变速刺激1h,1/d,利用异食癖观察其晕船表现。重复刺激1、3、7、21d后分批处死。另有部分大鼠模拟晕船21d后停止刺激,休息14d后再次模拟晕船3d,处死,分别取血清,采用原子吸收光谱法检测体内钾、钠、钙、镁及微量元素铁、锌的变化。结果:钾、钠、钙、镁等元素,晕船后在正常范围内波动,大多呈降低并随机体的适应逐步恢复。其中钾含量降低,具有统计学意义。微量元素铁在晕船后D1即明显降低,锌在D3出现降低,此后恢复正常。结论:晕船刺激造成机体应激,引起血清钾、铁、锌降低;重复刺激引起机体适应,上述元素含量逐步恢复正常。 Objective:To find out the alteration of serum contents of sodium, potassium,calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc during simulated seasickness in rats. Methods: A seasickness simulator was applied to animals to induce seasickness and pica was used as an indicator. Rats were randomized into 2 groups: normal control group(n=9) and simulated seasickness group(n=45). The latter group underwent the simulator with angular acceleration for 1 h/d,and 36 rats were sacrificed in 4 batches after 1, 3, 7 and 21 d respectively. The remaining 9 rats in this group were given 14 d rest after being stimulated for 21 d and then re-stimulated for another 3 d before they were killed. The contents of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn in serum were assayed by using flame spectrophotometry. Results: Most of inorganic elements in serum decreased after stimulation and restored gradually with their adaptation. The decrease in K,Fe,Zn was statistically significant,and they also restored afterwards. Conclusion: The stimuli of seasickness causes the drop of K,Fe,Zn in serum. All of them would gradually return to normal with adaptation.
