摘 要: 本文用X射线衍射法测定了Cu-Co-Ge三元系相图的室温截面。这个室温截面由九个单相区、十五个二相区和七个三相区所组成。九个单相区是:α(Cu),ζ(Cu_5Ge)、ε_1(Cu_3Ge)、β(Ge)、λ(CoGe_2)、δ(Co_5Ge_2)、τ(CoGe)、θ(Co_5Ge_3)和γ(Co);十五个二相区是:α+ζ、ζ+ε_1、+β、β+λ、λ+δ、δ+τ、τ+θ、θ+γ、γ+α、α+θ、ζ+θ、ε_1+θ、ε_1+δ、ε_1+λ和δ+θ;七个三相区是:α+γ+θ、α+θ+ζ、ζ+θ+ε_1、ε_1+θ+δ,ε_1+δ+λ、ε_1+β+λ和δ+θ+τ。截面中没有发现新相。 The horizotal section of the Cu-Co-Ge ternary system at room temperature has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The section at room temperature consists of nine Single-phase regions, fifteen two-phase regions and seven Three-phase regions. Nine single-phase regions are: α(Cu), ζ(Cu_5Ge), ε_1(Cu_3Ge), β(Ge), λ(CoGe_2), δ(Co_5Ge_7), τ(CoGe), θ(Co_5Ge_3) and γ(Co); Fifteen two-phase regions are: α+ ζ, ζ+ε_1, ε_1+β, β+λ, λ+δ, δ+τ, τ+θ, θ+γ, γ+α, α+θ, ζ+θ, Ε_1+θ, ε_1+δ, ε_1+λ and δ+θ; Seve hree-phase regions are: α+γ+θ, α+θ+ε_1, ζ+θ+ε_1, ε_1+θ+δ, ε_1+β+λ, ε_1+β+λ and δ+θ+τ. No new phase has been found in the section.
