摘 要: 以原生动物群落为靶生物,对高效氯氰菊酯的毒性进行了试验研究.结果表明,48h急性毒性的半数致死浓度为2.04mg/L.在试验浓度范围内,食菌和碎屑者鞭毛虫类具有较高的耐受性,随着高效氯氰菊酯浓度的增加,其在群落中的优势度更加明显. The toxicity of beta-cypermethrin with protozoan community as target organism was studied with test. The half lethal concentration of the 48h-acute toxicity was 2.04mg/L. In the range of test concentration, Bectivoresdetrivores(B) possessed rather high tolerance, the higher the concentration of beta-cypermethrin, the more obvious its predomination in the community.
