摘　　要： 粮政工作是广西抗战时期财经工作的重要内容。战时广西的粮政主要包括粮食生产、粮食征收、流通、保管、支付审核及管理所制定的制度和措施。本文主要利用掌握的抗战时期广西省政府公报的相关内容,通过对战时新桂系政府的粮食管理政策与绩效进行考察与分析,认为战时新桂系颁布实施的一系列粮食政策,一定程度上有效地解决了军需民用所需,对坚持和支援抗战胜利起到较为重要作用。但由于其阶级属性和出发点的原因,其制定实施的粮政又具有一定的局限性。 The grain policy is the important content of finance and economics work in the period of war of resistance of Guangxi. The grain policy of Guangxi in wartime includes mainly circulation, keeping, paying to verify and managing the system and measures related to the grain-production, and collection. This paper mainly grasped the government gazette of province of Guangxi in wartime. It shows that the new group of Guilin had issued and implemented a series of grain policies to settle effectively the need of military and residents, and helped with the victory of war of resistance against Japan by analyzing policy of grain management of government. But there is limitation because of its class nature and its purpose.
