摘　　要： 介绍了渡越时间方法的测量原理,讨论了激发光源的波长、单脉冲能量、脉冲宽度以及测量电路的积分时间常数、聚合物材料的光生载流子率、样品的制备、探测器的选取等测试条件对聚合物材料载流子迁移率测量结果的影响。实验表明,利用渡越时间方法测量聚合物材料载流子迁移率,只有严格选取合适的测量条件,才可获得准确、可靠的测试结果。 The measurement principle of the time-of-flight tech nique is described.The effects of excitation light wavelength,pulse energy,pulse width and circuit time constant,et al. on the carrier mobility are studied. The results indicate that choosing appropriate measuring parameters,the experime ntal results could be achieved quickly,exactly and reliably.
