摘　　要： 单殖吸虫为一类主要寄生于水生脊椎动物体外的蠕虫,已报道30 0 0余种。本文回顾了单殖吸虫传统分类学研究概况,并从目标基因的选择、分子分类和分子系统学研究3个方面概述了单殖吸虫分子系统学研究进展,进而对分子系统学与传统形态分类学的关系及其研究前景进行了阐述。 More than 3 000 species monogeneans,ecto-parasitic worms on aquatic vertebrates,have been documented all around the world.A brief history of morphological taxonomy was reviewed in the paper.Advance of molecular systematics of monogeneans in three aspects,including genetic marker selecting,molecular phylogeney and taxonomy.Meanwhile,the future of relationships between classical taxonomy and molecular systematics of monogeneans has also been prospected.
