摘　　要： 给出了计算辐射状馈线上考虑馈线自动化的用户停电时间的通用公式,不但可以用来分析不同开关设置对用户可靠性的影响,还可以用于在考虑用户的情况下预选设置方案的择优。最后以IEEE-RBTS母线5为例对公式进行了有效性验证。 In this paper,a general calculation expression is proposed to calculate customer interrupt time considering feeder automation in radial feeders.It can not only calculate customer reliability but also decide the best setting scheme of switches in different proposed cases.Some examples demonstrate its effectiveness.
