摘 要: 建立了一种氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定中药中As(Ⅲ)、As(V)的方法。研究了仪器的工作条件、试剂浓度对砷原子荧光强度的影响以及五价砷的还原条件,探讨了共存离子对砷测定的干扰和消除方法。在最佳工作条件下,砷的检出限为0.0903μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.01%。将该法成功应用于3种中药样品中砷的形态分析,As(Ⅲ)和As(V)的回收率分别为90.8%~98.2%和89.2%~102.0%。建立的方法简便可行,可用于多种样品中砷的形态分析。 A method has been described for the determination of As(Ⅲ) and As(V) in traditional Chinese medicines by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS). The experimental conditions that influence the fluorescence intensities of arsenic were investigated and optimized, and the influence from foreign ions and their eliminations were studied. The detection limit was found to be 0.0903 μg/L. The proposed method was applied to the determination of arsenic species in traditional Chinese medicines. Recoveries were in the ranges of 90.8%~98.2%, 89.2%~102.0% for As(Ⅲ) and As(V), respectively. The proposed method can be applied to the speciation analysis of arsenic in various samples.
