摘　　要： 结合制造业和金融业两个不同行业的ERP系统的业务逻辑,对比过去一些企业信息系统的设计模式和系统框架,提出了一种新型的、通用的,可重构ERP系统模板GR_ERPM(General,ReconstructedERPModel),它规范和加速了ERP系统的开发和实施过程。通过在实际项目中的应用,证明它可以科学有效地指导企业ERP系统的开发,提升系统的可靠性、可重用性和可移植性,并且大大提高企业的经济效益。 Combining the different business logic of ERP system in manufacture and finance industry, and contrasting the design pattern and system framework of some enterprise information system, this paper brings forward a new, general, reconstructable ERP model (GR_ERPM). It improves and accelerates the process of development and application of ERP system. When being put into practice, GR_ERPM can be proved to direct the development of ERP system scientifically and effectively, and it also can make the system more reliable, reusable, extensible, and transplantable, and can increase the profit of enterprises.
