摘　　要： 用高压琼脂糖电泳后的免疫固定试验，检测了贵州苗族健康成人的补体旁路Ｂ因子（Ｂｆ）和Ｃ４Ｂ的同种异型。在检出的基因型中Ｂｆ有３个，Ｃ４Ｂ有１０个，最高基因频率的基因是Ｂｆ＊Ｓ０．９４４４。Ｃ４Ｂ＊２０．５０００． Cuizhou is the province where about half of the total Miao people lives.According to the arrangement of the 11th International Histocompatibility workshop and Conference on Anthrtopology Component,the complement Bf and C4B allotypes of72 healthy Miao adults were determined with high voltage agarose electrophoresis and immunofixation test.There were 3 genotypes in Bf locus and 10 in C4B.The alleles with highest gene frequency were Bf* S 0.9444 and C4*B 20.5000 respectively.
