摘　　要： 本文呈述一种泛系论研究纲领,主要是从泛系理性、泛系变分运筹理念论述数理工医文社史哲的某些统一性探索和许多跨学科否定问题的泛权判定问题。 A programme of pansystems investigation is stated here which concerns pansystems rationality and pansystems variational OR. Based on them a unification exploration to 30 or more classes of disciplines-topic-theory-methods is presented with many transdisciplinary conjectures, including a lot of negative or undecidable judgments about non-2-valued panweighted observocontrollabilities.
