摘 要: 研究和探讨课堂教育教学质量评估中隐性因素的作用以提高评价结果的可靠性。研究提出课堂教育教学质量评价中的隐性因素包括 :师生情感因素、课程情感因子和课堂行为因子 3项指标。 To research and analyze the function of the hided factors during the course of education and teaching evaluation in order to promote the reliability of result. The author points out the hided factors include 3 ones, there are emotion factor between the student and teacher, emotion factor amount the curriculum, and listen factor in classroom.
