摘　　要： 创新是人类发展进程中的动力 ,是直接推动生产力发展的重要因素 ,是社会发展的必要条件。完善国家的科技创新体系 ,建立现代企业制度 ,加大科技投入比例 ,在政策机制上鼓励技术创新人才队伍的形成 ,以促进企业快速健康发展。 Innovation is the power in the course of human's development,science technology innovation is the important factor that promoted the productivity development directly,is the necessary condition of society development also.It is the premise of society development to build and perfect the innovation system of nation's science technology.Build modern enterprises' institution,enhance technology investigation rate;the policy institution stimulates technology talents to make formation,to encourage health enterprises development.
