摘　　要： 布浆器是流浆箱中浆料的流送和分布装置,当今大多数流浆箱均采用了单侧进浆的锥形总管布浆器,然而锥管布浆也存在着自身的局限性,本文从制造和设计原理两方面分析了锥管布浆器的局限性及对浆料分布的影响。 Headbox is the key part of the paper machine and has significant influence on the paper quality. Nowadays the tapered header distributor is used in most of the headboxes through which the pulp enters headbox from sideway. However, tapered header distributor has its inherent limitation. The paper discussed the limitation of tapered header distributor from the aspects of manufacture and design principle. Its influence on pulp distribution and paper quality was also analyzed.
