微好氧颗粒污泥形成过程中的理化特性
Physical-Chemical Character of Aerobic Granular Sludge for Pentachlorophenol (PCP) Degradation under Microaerobic Condition

摘  要: 以厌氧颗粒污泥为接种污泥,在微好氧条件下(溶解氧浓度0.2~0.7mg/L范围)经过60~70天的驯化培养,得到能有效降解五氯酚(PCP)的微好氧颗粒污泥。对成熟的微好氧颗粒污泥的外观和扫描电镜分析表明,颗粒污泥为具有光滑边界的圆形或椭圆形,颜色呈浅黑色;新生颗粒颜色呈浅褐色;微生物相的扫描电镜观察显示,颗粒污泥主要含有球菌和短杆菌;颗粒污泥中Fe是最主要的元素,K和Na含量也较高,同时还含有少量的Ca,Mg,Ni,Co,Mn,Cu和Zn。在PCP浓度达10mg/L·d时,微好氧颗粒污泥对PCP、CODCr和AOX的去除率分别达81.3%,80.8%和80.6%。 Selecting the anaerobic granules as inoculum, the formation of macroaerobic granular sludge for pentachlorophenol (PCP) degradation after 60 - 70 days of culturing under microaerobic condition (DO concentration was controlled at 0.2 - 0.7 mg/L) was studied. The physical-chemical character charge of the three layers (low, middle, upper) of the reactor was also measured. Observations on mature granules by scanning electron microscope indicated that bacillus was dominated on the surface of the granules and some of coccus was also observed, while in the inner of the granules both bacillus and coccus were the dominant microorganisms. Fe was the dominant element, content of K and Na were also high, Ca, Mg, Ni, Co, Mn, Cu and Zn were detected in the granules by element analysis. When PCP concentration increased to 10 mg/L·d, PCP, CODCr and AOX removal rates were 81.3%, 80.8% and 80.6% respectively, and almost no chloroactic medial products existed. Both anaerobic bacteria lied in inner part and aerobic bacteria or facultative aerobe lied in external layer of the granules had high activity.
