摘 要: 结果表明:内生枯草芽孢杆菌BS2(Bacillussubtilis)菌株含量为103cfu·mL-1时即可进入水稻体内定殖;该菌的菌体、不同菌液含量及外分泌物对水稻苗生长均表现出不同程度的促进作用,如增加植株的鲜重与干重.从其促生机理来看,该菌能提高水稻叶绿素的含量,提高其保护酶活性,并通过提高水稻对外界环境的适应性,提高其抗逆性,促进其生长. Effects of endophytic bacterial strain BS-2(Bacillus subtilis) on rice seedling growth and its mechanism were investigated. Results were as f ollows: when the rice was inoculated with the bacterial suspension of 10~3 cfu ·mL^-1, the bacteria coul d colonize its inside; the bacteria, the bacterial culture suspension or its dilutions, and the secretion of the bacteria could acc elerate growth of rice seedlings at different degrees, for example, the fre sh weight and dry weight of the plant were increased; the bacteria also could i ncrease the content of the rice chlorophyll, enhance action of protection enzyme , advance resistance to adversity by improving adjustability, and promote the gro w th of rice seedlings.
