摘　　要： 从物流成本的构成问题入手,将物流成本分为运输、存储、装卸、包装、流通加工、配送、物流信息等七项成本,指出了当前物流成本控制的难点在于难以了解企业物流成本的现状,关键点在于用系统化的原则使物流总成本最小化,进而提出了当前物流成本控制的一些基本思路。 This article begins with the discussing of the component of logistic cost and separates it into seven parts: transportation cost, storage cost etc. Through the analysis, we know that the difficulty to control logistic cost is hard to find out the current status of firm's logistic cost and the main way of a firm to minimize its logistic cost is by means of systematization. According to the discussing, we point out some methods to control the logistic cost.
