摘　　要： 金融生态环境中,各种金融组织为了生存和发展,与其生存环境及内部金融组织相互之间形成了一定的结构特征和平衡系统。其中,法律是我国金融生态环境的核心,建立一个符合市场经济要求的金融法律制度在我国目前的金融生态环境建设中具有重要的意义。 Kinds of financial organizations, in order to survive and develop,have formed certain structure characteristic and equilibrium system with living environment and inside financial organization in the financial ecology surroundings. As the law is a core, it is very important to set up a legal system which accords with the requirement of the market economy in constructions of financial ecology surroundings of our country at present.
