2-羟基-萘甲醛缩对甲氧基苯甲酰腙的合成与荧光性质研究

摘  要: 合成了2羟基萘甲醛缩对甲氧基苯甲酰腙,采用元素分析和红外光谱对该化合物结构进行了表征。详细研究了该化合物在固态、不同溶剂中和有锌离子存在下的荧光光谱,探讨了溶剂极性和锌离子的存在对其荧光光谱的影响。结果表明该化合物的固体和溶液都有很强的荧光,溶剂对其荧光性质有较大的影响,其DMF溶液在485nm处发光最强。金属锌离子具有荧光增敏性。 A novel 2-hydroxyl-naphthaldehyde p-methoxyl-benzoylhydrazone was synthesized and its composition and structure were characterized by element analysis and infrared spectra. Its fluorescent properties in solid state, various organic solvents, and the presence of Zn2+ were investigated in detail. The effects of different solvents and the presence of Zn2+ on the florescent spectra of the hydrazone were discussed. The results show that the compound can emit very strong fluorescence in solid state and solution. Solvents have great influence on its fluorescent property. It has the strongest fluorescent intensity in dimethylformamide solvent at 485 nm. The presence of the zinc ion can enhance the fluorescent intensity of the system. The strongest emission is obtained when the molar proportion of Zn2+ and hydrazone is 1: 3. There is good linear relationship between the fluorescent intensity and the Zn2+ concentration in the range of 6.3 x 10(-7) similar to 9. 0 x 10(-6) mol/L.
