摘 要: 把TiO2纳米粉体经磁搅拌、超声波振荡分散成均匀稳定的溶胶后,用浸渍-拉提法将TiO2固定在多孔泡沫镍基片上制备了纳米薄膜光阳极,以SEM、XRD对制备的催化剂进行了表征,并通过其对水溶液中甲基橙的光电催化降解考察了所制备催化剂的催化活性、稳定性。结果表明,所制TiO2催化剂主要为锐钛矿晶相,光电催化活性高、稳定性好。 The nanometer thin film photoanodes were prepared from TiO 2 sol by dip-coating technique. The sol was prepared from TiO 2 powder by magnetic stirring, ultrasonic wave dispersion, and the catalyst was characterized by SEM and XRD. The catalysts photocatalytic activity, stability were investigated by the degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution. The results indicated that the TiO 2 catalyst crystal mainly were anatase, and had a high photocatalytic activity and stability.
