摘　　要： 介绍了用于地铁车站中的一种全新的安全保护装置———缓冲防滑垫的研制过程,主要包括产品结构及技术条件的确定,无卤、低烟、低毒的阻燃橡胶材料配方的设计,模具的设计及生产工艺的确定。所研制的防滑垫产品外观好,使用性能符合要求,使用效果好,获得了用户的好评。该产品填补了国内空白,其市场潜力很大。 A development of cushion antiskid pad-a new-safe protection for underground railway station was introduced, mainly including the product structure, its technology determination, formula design of a non halogen, less smoke and less poison incombustible rubber, its mold design and production process determination. The outward quality of the developed product was very good. its useful properties met requirements, its useful efficiency was good and a good appraisal was obtained from the users.
