摘 要: 在分解炉计算机仿真试验平台进行仿真试验的基础上提出了正交试验设计方法,并以DD型分解炉为例进行了分解炉结构参数的优化设计,经过对试验结果的统计分析和方差分析,得到了影响显著性因子R1和优化结果:分解炉下喷口半径R1=0.66m,分解炉的生料分解率平均提高1.3%.研究表明:分解炉的仿真试验与正交试验设计法相结合可有效地解决分解炉结构参数的优化设计问题. The orthogonal test design based on the recliner computer simulation experiment system was presented and the structure parameters optimization of DD recliner made. The important influential factor R_1 and optimization results of the recliner were obtained through statistical analysis and variance analysis of the test results. It was seen that the nether spout radius of recliner R1 equaled to 0.66m and the decomposable rate of raw material enhanced 1.3%, showing that the problem of the structure parameters optimization of recliner can be resolved through recliner simulation experiment and orthogonal test design method. This study would provide references to recliner design and research institutes.
