摘　　要： 阐述了图书馆数字化建设水平是地区信息资源保障能力的重要标志,地方高校图书馆是地方经济科技发展的资源基础;提出了地方高校数字图书馆建设原则、内容与方式。 The paper holds the view that, the digitalization of library is an important sign of regional level of information resource. The library of local university is the resource base of local economic and technological development. The paper also puts forward the principle, content and mode of the construction of digital library in region.
