摘 要: 资源基础理论以资源及其特性作为研究对象,认为企业之所以存在是由于人类的认知能力是有限的,且是存在差异的,这导致了市场交易的失效,而组织内部频繁的交易不仅有利于知识成本的降低,还有利于社会资本的积累。相应地,企业边界则取决于企业资源、能力的大小及知识成本的高低。资源基础理论的部分实证研究结果支持了其假说,但由于其采取的是事后检验的方法,许多问题还有待于进行更为深入的探讨。 The resource-based view (RBV) takes the resource and its characteristic as unit of analysis, and believes that the reason why a firm exists lies in the limited competence of human beings, and the differences between competences cause market failure. At the same time, the frequent exchanges within the firm are propitious to not only reducing the cost of knowledge, but also accumulating social capital. So the scope of the firm is determined by the capability and the cost of knowledge. Finally, some of the tests support RBV's hypotheses, however, it does not mean that the RBV is perfect.
