摘 要: 研究了超临界条件下CO2在PS中的溶解度、发泡PS膨胀率、玻璃化转变温度和泡孔密度、尺寸等与压力、温度的关系。结果表明压力的增加,使CO2在PS中的溶解度增加;塑料膨胀率与压力和温度双参数的结合有关,当压力大于9MPa,而温度大于80℃时,PS才开始膨胀;经过CO2溶胀后,PS的玻璃化转变温度为80~95℃,比纯PS的低10~25℃;泡孔密度随压力的增加而增加,随温度的增加而减少;泡孔尺寸则随压力的增加而减小。 The relations of the solubility of CO2 in PS,the volume expansion ratio of foamed PS,the glass transition temperature and the cell density and dimension with pressure and temperature were studied in the condition of supercritical.The results showed the solubility of CO2 in PS increased with the increase of the pressure;the volume expansion ratio of the plastics depended on the combination of the pressure and temperature,PS began to expand when the pressure was higher than 9 MPa and the temperature was higher than 80 ℃;the glass transition temperature of PS swelled with CO2 was 80~95 ℃,10~25 ℃ lower than that of pure PS;the cell density increased with the increase of pressure,but decreased with the rise of the temperature;the cell dimension decreased with the increase of pressure.
