摘 要: 探讨了蔗渣碱性亚硫酸钠法高得率化学浆的蒸煮工艺条件;当Na2SO3用量为18%,NaOH用量为3%,160℃时保温60分钟,其得率为63.87%,KMnO4值为9.74,未漂浆白度为52.63%ISO;还分析了蒸煮过程木素的磺化和溶出特点及测定了碳水化合物的糖类组分溶出情况。 Bagasse AS chemical pulping was studied in order to get a high yield pulp with low permanganate number.A pulp with a yield of 63. 87% ,permanganate number 9. 74 and ISO brightness 52. 63% was prepared under the following optimum cooking conditions:Na2SO3 charge 18%, NaOH charge 3% and keeping at the max.temperature 160℃ for one hour.Lignin sulfonation rate,delignification rate and carbohydrate dissolution rate during AS cooking were investigated with SEM-EDAX and LC respectively. High yield of the pulp was attributed to the higher residual lignin in the secondery walls of the fibers and the lower dissolution of carbohydrate.IR results indicated that chromophores decreased, brightness increased and the premanganate number of the pulp decreamed with delignification rate increased during the cooking.
