摘 要：
以糖蜜作为原料进行红发夫酵母培养,糖蜜最佳浓度为20～30g/L;在糖蜜中添加无机物和酵母粉等营养成分对红发夫生长及虾青素合成无明显作用;糖蜜原料需补充氮源,硫酸铵易被利用,尿素则可以有效地促进色素的合成积累;确定了组成为"糖蜜+硫酸铵+尿素"的简单培养基.
Molasses used as raw material to culture Phaffia rhodozyma was studied. The optimum molasses concentration was 20～30 g/L. Adding mineral nutrition and yeast extract into molasses had no significant effect on the growth and astaxanthin accumulation of Phaffia rhodozyma. Adding nitrogen source is necessary for the culture of phaffia rhodozyma with molasses culture medium, ammonium sulfate is more easily used by the phaffia rhodozyma and urea has significant promotion on carotenoid accumulation. Simple media that consist of molasses, ammonium sulfate and urea was optimized.
