摘　　要： 通过对国际人口老龄化环境的政策分析,认为目前中国在老龄化压力严峻、经济准备不足、退休性别不平等的条件下,应积极借鉴国际社会的经验,将退休返聘作为应对人口老龄化危机的重要策略,从政府、用人单位和家庭三个层面入手,通过积极的公共服务,规范必要的人力资源,以及引导人性化的家庭关系,改善中国的退休返聘政策环境。 By analyzing the policy of international population aging environment, it is considered that, under the condition of serious population aging pressure, lack of sufficient economic preparations, and sexism in retirement in China, it is mandatory to make active use of experience of international community as reference to take post retirement employment as an important strategy to tackle the population aging crisis. It is needed to begin with three levels, i.e., government, employing unit and family to refine the environment for the post employment policy in China through active public service, standardization of required human resources and piloting of humanized family relation.
